First time we used this type of service, as was sceptical having read various reviews (though not about Meet & Greet Luton...which is why we chose them!). We had a 6am flight with 2 kids under 5, the M&G team met us exactly where they instructed us to drive, directly next to the drop off car park (hence not possible to get any closer to the airport), which was likewise on the return. The team were reliable and friendly, would definitely use them again. It was also half the price of a minicab to/from the airport. Thanks

Difficult to find drop off spot at Luton. Team were very patient on return as we were 2.5 hrs late and Easyjet lost my wife's bag, so our pick-uptime was messed up. They were very understanding.

Everything went well. Drop off and pick up. You need to get the airport to sort out the layout of the area they have given you. You are giving a service and the airport is not helping you to give a good service. The management of the airport is a disgrace anyway.
