Express Meet and Greet Luton Reviews

The meet and greet problem free, however in my period away the ongoing building works at Luton had changed the way we accessed the car park. Unfortunately, the 'Meet and Greet' were unaware of this or failed to inform us of the change, hence our return to the car was delayed quite a bit which in turn could have affected parking fees. Being informative about ongoing changes whilst customers are away would be helpful especially during Luton's refit.

Very good all-round service.

Overall good service. Bit slow when waiting to leave car but very speedy on return. Car returned in same condition as when left. Once again would use this company in future.

Very good service will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Point lost due to distance to walk to car with uneven ground due to works, which I appreciate is beyond your control, but did contribute to the overall experience.

Difficult to find drop off spot at Luton. Team were very patient on return as we were 2.5 hrs late and Easyjet lost my wife's bag, so our pick-uptime was messed up. They were very understanding.

Everything went well. Drop off and pick up. You need to get the airport to sort out the layout of the area they have given you. You are giving a service and the airport is not helping you to give a good service. The management of the airport is a disgrace anyway.

Kept waiting on drop off which was annoying as it was raining and cold, but great service on pick up as they were there waiting for us when we arrived having tracked our flight they knew we had landed and we're waiting for our call and having the car there when we got to the car park was great. Nothing to do with the car parking service but the Luton car park and drop off is a long way from the terminal entrance and Luton airport should sort this out.

Car collected and dropped off on time as arranged, friendly drivers, does what it says on the time. Made the holiday much less stressful from start to finish, lot less messing around the onsite parking and getting the bus to the terminal.

Friendly staff, efficient service. Driver waiting when we arrived. Car waiting when we returned.

Brilliant service with no woes at all Only thing I could ask for more would be a car park which felt more safe to leave the car but all was absolutely fine! Definitely recommend.
