Had to wait in the rain when we arrived back to pick our car up other wise very good service.

Good swift no hassle service with polite staff.

Very efficient. Driver was waiting - and looking out for us when we arrived at the airport. On our return, I received a SMS message when we landed, and the driver was there to meet us. No delays or hanging around. Very good indeed. I will certainly use 'Express Meet and Greet Luton' next time I fly out of Luton. Well done, and thank you.

Service was very good, but we were surprised to receive a text message saying that we had to pay £1.00 to exit the car park, even though the original booking contract stated that this fee was included in the price paid.

Good service, but needed someone at the pick up point ensure that car was on its way. I went to guy who I thought was from Park and Go but he was from another company and a bit surly as I think everyone went to him for info.

We were late by 3 hours, but they were fine with it. Good service.

I was happy with the service I got when we got to Luton airport, on arrival we only had to wait a few minutes for the car, would use Express meet and greet again.

The departure procedure had a bit delay, because we arrived to the airport a bit earlier, and no driver was a available to take our car to the company's car park, so we preferred to wait until the driver depart with our car from the airport, because we didn't want to leave the car in the short stay car park. The arrival procedure was brilliant. I called the company when we were outside of the terminal, and the car was in the short stay car park before we walked there. So none the less the bit delay on the departure, it was an excellent service.

Drop off was efficient and good, however on the return journey had to wait 25 minutes for the car to be returned to us - not great.
