Reviewed on 28th October 2014I have used this company on numerous occasion and would have rated it a 5. Unfortunately on Sunday night I waited over 35 minutes for my express meet and greet. If the controller was honest and said here was a delay I would have accepted this but was told the car would be out in 10-15 mins, so I was left out in the cold for 35 minutes. Eventually when the car arrived the gentleman apologised but it was a little to late at this stage.
