My experience of this company's meet & greet service was the best I have used ( and I have used many at Luton ) I even got the arrival time wrong ! And they were there waiting for me in the car park with a smile. Thank you.

Excellent service all round and they went out of their way to accommodate me due to an emergency at Luton meaning we had to change the meet place on our returns meaning we were were a day late. Can not praise enough particularly Raj!

I cannot fault the service provided by your Express Meet and Greet service at Luton Airport. The Representative who met us was very helpful - even returning to meet me half an hour after drop off with my daughter's wallet that she had accidentally left in our car. The Gentleman was very helpful and did not hesitate to return to the car park immediately with the wallet - many thanks. Will definitely be using Park & Go in the future and would not hesitate recommending you guys to anyone. Many thanks.
