Drop off was 5 star, quick and efficient. Collection we waited 45 minutes for our car! We were told 20 minutes, at 25 minutes I called again and was told 3-4 minutes, at 40 minutes I called again and was told 5 minutes, the driver was on his way. I questioned this as we had been told that before and he hung up on me. There was no communication. I understand that an earlier issue had had a knock on effect on all deliveries but this was only mentioned on my 3rd phone call. They could have been upfront and said go for a coffee, or get a taxi to them. No, instead the chose to simply ignore us.

Received confirmation of the booking on the Friday before I travelled. Then phoned EAZYPARK as instructed 20mins before arrival at Manchester Airport to be told there was "no record of my booking and they would call us back!". I then called Park and Go who said the confirmation was sent immediately which I believe. No call back from EAZYPARK, so in and out of Manchester airport we drove so we could park up and find out how long we would have to wait. Told 10 mins which was truthful, but wasn't happy! On return followed the procedure and still had to wait 10-15 mins before my car was delivered! Finally to cap it off I've noticed a scratch on my boot. I checked the car over when I picked up but the boot was already open to load our bags! Not exactly what I was expecting from a "meet & great service". Very wary to use again.

Great price....on way to airport no one answered phone so had a 25 minute wait after arriving at terminal. Not nice with baby...on return had another 30 minute wait...needs to improve. ..suppose you get what you pay for as the only good thing was the price.

Used you a few times, always found price reasonable and drivers collect/drop off in good time - not this time ..... we had to wait over 30 mins for the car to be returned and you tried to tell us it was because our flight was delayed so we missed our slot!! Not great with a 2 year old and especially when you kept saying it's round the corner.

I have used this company lots of times and have always been really happy with the service but this time I am only giving a 3 because my arrival was a nightmare this time. It was the first time I have travelled on a Friday afternoon and never again!! I have now been told that this is the worse time to fly because of the traffic and also departures at Manchester. I arrived 20 mins late of my expected arrival time at the airport due to heavy traffic. I tried to tel the number given 3 times when I was 20 mins away as instructed but the number was constantly engaged so consequently I was virtually at the airport when I finally confirmed my arrival. I was assured that someone would be with me straight away. 25mins later there was still no-one to meet me and I was under pressure from the parking wardens to move my car. I was told by the operator that they were 'only 5mins late' as I didn't phone in advance of my arrival. The driver finally arrived 40 mins after my first phone call and it was only due to a lovely parking attendant that I managed to stay that long in the loading bay. Consequently I nearly missed my flight and made it by the skin of my teeth. I felt that the operator I was calling was very unsympathetic and was untruthful about the length of time it would take for their driver to arrive to take my car. The only reason I am prepared to give this company another try is because when I arrived back to pick up my car it all went to clockwork as in my previous experience with them. I have recommended this company to lots of my friends but they need to improve their service during peak flying times and be truthful to their clients on how long it will take for their drivers to arrive.

The service was OK and the car undamaged, but we had to wait quite a while both at departure and arrival. Over 20 minutes on arrival.

Not a very reliable service. Kept waiting where we were told to park but had to be kept moving on by security. Then on returning home we ended up waiting 25 minutes for our car to be brought to us. Rather chaotic so won't use them again.
