The service was great but with one big problem. when phoning ten minutes from airport to receive message where to meet, response was given in a very fast and unclear message with a very strong local accent which made it very difficult to understand. .a slow deliberate message would be much better.

One annoying factor was although we had phoned 20 mins before as instructed, we were kept waiting for almost half an hour before someone actually collected the car. However coming back everything went well.

Have used your company before and was was not happy this time. Though guy when we dropped our car off was very rude and off with us as if we were a nuisance to him. Our flight was delayed and the guy who dropped our car was very prompt, which was great as with 2 very tiered young children. But my car was absolutely filthy. When my husband said he said jet wash was frozen. We were told it was broken last year when we went in Sept. Don't expect my car to be valet when we get back, but not in the state we have had them the last twice. Do you park them next to the biggest puddle or rally drive them through mud. Will seriously think about if we will use you service again and will not be recommending to friends and family like we have done in the past.

Having to be at a set place at a specific time isn't practical when travelling. We were late dropping off the car and then had to wait 55 minutes for my car to be collected. On return we had to call when we'd collected our luggage but then had to wait 20 minutes for the car. The other meet & greet service based at terminal 1 allows you to drop off and collect within the time you've paid for without the added stress of set times. In future I would walk the extra few minutes to terminal 1 and use that more flexible service.

The people who collected my car at Manchester were very nice but they were 40 minutes late, I had to drive out of the airport and back in again 5 times as the traffic warden kept threatening to give me a ticket if I stopped at the waiting area, which was where the car was getting collected from, when the bloke finally arrived he explained that one driver had gone off with illness and this had caused the delay, when back home I waited 15 minutes for my car to be brought to me even though they are meant to be waiting for me. If all had gone to plan then I think this could be a good service, but as a first time user I wasn't very impressed.

The overall service works very well, and is very easy to book, the only critisism i'd have is that both on drop off and collection i had to wait 20 minutes for someone to turn up to collect/delivery my car.
