EazyPark Meet and Greet Reviews

I have previously used Meet and greet at Manchester Airport and was pleased with the service. However on this occasion on departure I was waiting 25 minutes to be met and have my car collected from me.

I have used this service every year and have never had a problem. However this year we waited well over 35 minutes for a driver to meet us at departures to take our car. This simply isn't good enough.

We were disappointed with the service this time. We have used EazyPark before without problems however on this occasion we had great difficulty in contacting them. It took us over 40 minutes to let them know we were arriving at the airport. One number was constantly engaged and the second number rang out, went to answer machine and then advised a message could not be left. On our return, again it took us over 20 minutes after getting through customs to get through to them and then a further of 15 mins for them to arrive. Overall quite disappointing.

Drop off and pick up fine. But my Bluetooth now not working properly.

We have used Eazypark a number of times now and recently the level or service was terrible. This was when we dropped the vehicle off, we were told the norm, we will meet you in 20 minutes etc, 40 minutes later and 2 phone calls we were still waiting, not what you expect at all especially a continual repeat customer, the pickup on the return journey was fine as the gentleman advised that they would be about 15 mins.

Had to ring from my mobile 8 times on one number and 6 times on the other number quoted before anyone answered (either engaged or going to voice mail) on our way to Manchester airport and on our return engaged on 3 occasions and finally connected but other than that OK.

They were good and very friendly the only down side to them is they leave you waiting longer than I would like.

Good service let down by trying to ring both numbers provided but no one answering the calls. This happened whilst departing and arriving which delayed our drop off and pick up.

Drop off was kept waiting lover 30 mins not what we are used to. Pick up nice and quick.

Having used the service several times previously we were disappointed that we had to wait 20 mins for collection and 30 mins delivery of our car at the airport.
