Everything worked as planned, only downside was a rather longer wait than expected for the shuttle bus on our return, made worse by a cold, windy rain storm whilst waiting. Otherwise OK.

All worked very smoothly. Will definitely recommend park and go to friends and when travelling from Manchester in the future will use the service again.

Inexpensive basic service. Certainly adequate. Disappointed by the loan wait for a bus on our return on a Sunday afternoon.

Difficult to find in the dark, and further away from the terminals than I'd expected. But the least expensive of the car parks, and straightforward to use.

Parked at park 3 no problems efficient bus service will use again but could use some clear exit signs.

Easy to find. Quick transfers to and from airport. Only negative was searching around a huge car park in the dark trying to find a space. Allow time for parking. Remember your BUS STOP no and parking area. Would recommend using and will use again in the future.

We had no problem finding the car park and parking the car. Our only complaint concerns the return transfer bus from the airport. After clearing customs then waiting for the transfer bus the last thing we needed was to be parked up outside Terminal 2 while the driver went to have a chat with his mate for 10mins.

Really convenient and well priced (again!!). Only 1 problem this time, we had a 25/30 min. Wait before a bus came to take us to the terminal. We could see him almost get to us before he turned around & disappeared. The driver of the next bus (which did collect us) was less than impressed, having wondered why her bus was very full!! Will, however, definitely use again-thanks.

Its a great, value for money car park situated very close to the airport. Only two minor gripes are that the individual parking bays are not marked out, and when returning to the car park on the bus at night time, it would help if the bus driver called out each number of the car parking sector. Parking tips, don't waste time trying to find a car parking space near the entrance, drive towards the end of the car park where it is less crowded. Make sure that you make a note of your parking sector and nearest bus stop.

I have used the carpark many times but this time we waited 35 minutes at the airport for pick-up to car. There were at least 30 people waiting the same length of time and no explanation was given by the driver.
