Pick up and drop off experience was excellent. 5 stars The car came back absolutely filthy inside and out. There was mud absolutely everywhere and all the settings on the car had been changed. 3 star average.

Didn't have my booking on the right date despite my request but did react well when I spoke to them about it. After collecting the car I noticed marks on the inside screen (passenger side) that weren't there before, and that the passenger seat had been adjusted, which was odd as only one person collected it and dropped it off so I've no idea what it had been used for in the meantime. Fuel seemed somewhat lower than when it was left but cannot guarantee it as I didn't record it. Polite folks, friendly. As I said in the title - some good, some bad.

Was met at the airport by the park and go guy he was there when I arrived on my return i phoned the park and go people and I was met in the car park .. all was well up to the point I got into my car and found the wires to my dash cam dangling down .. the next day I phoned park and go and asked the question as to why my dash cam had been unplugged with the wires left dangling .. his reply was that some cars had, had fires in them caused by the wires being connected .. I challenged this and he said from the cigarette lighter I said mine was hard wired and I have never heard of them setting on fire .. he then said we don’t want you to know we we park the car as there are millions of pounds worth of cars on site .. seeing as I have a tracker on my car I knew exactly where it was parked.. .. I won’t be using this company again as they had no right whatsoever to touch and unplug my property and also I was not told that they would do this …

Used park & go for over 15 years the experience wasn’t the best, with a surprising quick arrival of our luggage I phone to say we were ready, the guy was lovely but then went on to say the location of the pick up had changed when we eventually found the pick up we had to wait 15 mins for the car. I don’t really call the service meet & greet having to one walk outside into the freezing cold & then have to wait 15 minutes bearing in mind this was January not peak season.

Having arranged parking with VIP Parking - Meet and Greet, why was the parking undertaken with Day by Day Parking ? Collecting the car, directions on where to pick the car up were vague. As a non smoker, It was disappointing and annoying to pick up a car with the smell of cigarette smoke.

Previously we have always been very pleased with you. This time at Manchester Airport T3 we arrived late at 1200 and your man met us again (as usual) in car park at level 3,and gave us a token saying it would get us out at the barrier. We had pound coins ready. Unfortunately £4.50 was due and only method of payment was by card.We nearly had a divorce sorting out payment and it would have been warned in advance!

Not as good as in previous years, not entirely your fault, more to do with the alterations to Manchester Airport but feel you should tell people about the long walk on the return, this especially important to older and less active people, don't think we will be able to use your service again because of this.

Met at Manchester promptly and also when we returned but disappointed that when we returned we found the back number plate had come off the car and was in the back window. Would it have been too much trouble to fix back on, we were told it had fallen off due to the hot weather, how hot was England. Never happened to us before ever, regardless of heat.

I have used VIP for parking at Manchester many times. Unfortunately this time a little disappointed. No problem with collection and delivery perfect but my car came back splattered with bird poo. I have an expensive Audi A7 I expected it to be looked after better then that.
