Very prompt for both drop off and collection. A little less thorough with the paperwork this time however with no record of fuel level or mileage recorded on collection which was a little disappointing. Also both passenger and driver foot wells were muddy. Presumably cars are parked in a field. Why not put a paper mat down when conditions are muddy for the drivers? Room for improvement.

Always given meet and greet a scoring of 5 but this year the service wasnt as good as previous years a few members of our party had problems both on arrival and on return my nephew waited 40 mins for his car and my sister-in-law phoned 61 times for collection of hers.

Good service, easy to use. Contacted the around 15 minutes prior to arrival and given instructions on where to wait at the airport, and that our driver would be there to collect our car. We waited a good five minutes before I had to call them again, and waited another five minutes for the driver. On arrival he did a quick check of my car for obvious signs of any damage and filled out a report sheet, even taking the current mileage and fuel level which I thought was very professional, and away he went. On our return we called them after collecting our luggage and were again told where to wait which we did, for around 20 minutes. Admittedly the rain was torrential and it was a Friday rush hour. I would probably use them again.

I've used VIP in the past and found them great. More recently we've used the on site self park option. We arrived this time on time, rang as we had been told but had to wait for the driver to collect. He as very polite. On arriving at 02.00 the last thing we needed was a wait, outside in the cold and rain. We were told some one else had rung just before us. Not my problem. The driver was again very polite but it would have been quicker to park ourselves. Disappointed.

Although we rang to say we were 1/2hr away and then 10 mins away we still had to wait 5-10 minutes and we had the same wait on our return. Had it been raining it would have been very unpleasant. All in all I refer the standard meet and greet which I will use in future.

Good service overall as the wait was limited at departure and arrival, but cannot accept that the driver was on his mobile phone when he brought my car at the Terminal 3 and parked on the double yellow line on the other side of the road (i.e. making me cross outside of the pedestrian crossing), all this time on his mobile. I asked him to not use his phone while driving my car, to which he responded that he had been using it only for a few seconds (which is not true as he was on the phone as he turned the curve leading to the Terminal 3) and then apologised in a very aggressive way (i.e. I am doing my job why don't you just mind your own business).

Scored 3 and i'll tell you why! Service pick up and drop off was excellent! waited no more than a minute after calling in our arrival. Staff friendly and organised! Took mileage readings, fuel amounts etc etc! Great! My only issue is how it has been parked up in their mass car park as i have scratches on my rear bumper, several scratch where in basic terms it has been parked touching the car behind (or should i say the next car parked behind me was driven in to the bumper to maximise space) the getting in and out of the car then gave me several vertical scratches and the oparking has given me 12 inch light scuff (Probaly will polish out to be fair) where the vehicle has come to rest! this car was new to me that week so i know the condistion and i recognise the way the mark where made! Not a happy bunny! This is really a shame because everything else including the price was spot on! Neil

Brilliant at greeting, were there on time but on way back had half hour wait as the car had flat battery (presumable left indicator on which has a parking light and would drain battery after 8 days). Would try again though as give benefit of doubt as greeting was good

Initially I was very impressed, the guy on the outwardbound journey could not do enough to help. This sadly was not the case on my return to the UK. It is advertised that you get help with your bags. I was travelling alone and my bags were very heavy. I entered the arrivals lounge and called for help with my luggage. The man said he would be with me in 5-10 mins. My suitcase had been torn and I was checking the contents when the man arrived. I said 'I am very sorry about this' He replied 'well I am very sorry but we have to go straight away I have other customers waiting' He then said 'this is most irregular' I said 'well it does say on the internet that you get help with your bags'. Not the best welcome back to the UK and certainly not the sort of hospitality I, or other people should be subjected to. Maybe the company should be renamed Meet and Moan. Apart from this unpleasantness, I would have definitely booked again.
