I have used this service several times in the past and always come back due to excellent service. However on this occasion I found it very poor. Upon arrival at airport we waited at least 20 minutes and was asked by the police patrol as to our wait. Also upon return we were asked to collect the car round the corner from drop off point at bus station E. Very prompt but as we are loading the car a police patrol pulls up and informs us that it is a no drop zone and we will receive a penalty notice! To top things the car smelt of cigarettes which is unacceptable.

Hi, for outbound flight, it was easy that you picked car from the terminal 2. On my return, we have to drag the trolleys with the baby to Bus Stop E at Manchester Airport. The airport security came and parked their car behind my car with flashing lights until I put my luggage in the car. They asked me why I parked here? And I told them Park & Go asked me to pick my car from here. He was not happy and taken my car registration details and may get fined. I have to wait as I have a company car and I cannot challenge as the fines been paid without any notification to me and deducted from my salary. If that’s happen I will contact you for reimbursement. Thank you, Akram.

OK going but 25 minutes wait coming back, having been told they would be there in 10 minutes. Actually caught a chill. Why aren’t they honest?

Park And Go are great but I had issues with VIP parking Co. Arrived promptly on departure and return. But on our return, whilst making our way to the car park, I fell and hurt my foot and was unable to walk. My husband waited until I had some assistance and rushed to car, despite informing the waiting drivers of the problem they were rude and unhelpful I asked Park And Go to speak with them for a response. Neither they or I had a response from VIP. So for that reason I would not use them again.

We got confused by the drop off instructions and tried to get into the official meet and greet car park but you are not an official company. We had to ask security on the main car park to let us in which they did, you were waiting and that was fine. Returning you told us to wait at a bus stop outside the car park and that was Ok but it was dark, we got no chance to check car, and driver left quickly. Before we could get loaded a "Traffic enforcement" SUV stopped and the guy told us we could not park there. I understood that and couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Did not have details of booking when we called despite having booking reference. Had to wait some time for car to be collected and dropped off as they had not noticed flight had landed.

Basically it was efficient but I was not expecting to have to pay £4 on return to Manchester to get my car out of the short stay car park!

When we phoned VIP 15 minutes from Manchester Airport. VIP said we were not on the list. It took 3 further phone calls to VIP for them to agree to meet us. This is not the experience we wanted at 3.30am it delayed us over 30 minutes for check in.

Was stood waiting at drop off at Departures for nearly 20mins despite phoning 15mins prior to arrival at airport, which is not acceptable. Upon arrival on return our party had to walk to another section of the airport. Note we booked 3 vehicles for our holiday & the above happened to all 3! Room for improvement!! On a positive note the staff were well mannered & smart.
