VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

A great service, only reason I did not give it 5 was that it took longer than 5mins ( I was told 5mins) to bring my car round when I arrived and also some pink pen marks were left on the windscreen, which did come off but had to wait 4hrs till I got home and was able to clean it off.

There is 10 to 15 minutes delay in pick up and receive the car while I was waiting at the airport.

Excellent service, great staff, would have no hesitation in using again.

Service is better at Manchester than either Leeds/Bradford or Doncaster Robin Hood.

First time using this service but will definitely use again, went from T1 & we went to ground level departures by mistake phoned driver & he was with us within a couple of mins. Then on leaving we were told to go to level 5 departures which we couldn't find but that is Man airports fault as no signs! when we got there they were waiting, so will be booking again for August!

Prompt and very efficient and would certainly use them again. One downside is that my car was caked in bird mess and must have been parked under a tree whilst I was away.

Park and Go was a good all round service. I will certainly them again in the future.

i have used Park and Go 3 times in the past 12 months and rate their service extremely good. However, when collecting my car on Tuesday 3rd May from manchester i noticed a new scratch. It was quite clearly new as thr broken paint was still visible and rough to touch. On challenging the member of staff he completely denied any wrong doing and just kept saying they were a family firm. He also stated he would review the CCTV to confirm if anything had happenned and contact me. So far - no contact. Not sure if I will use Park and Go again which is a shame as the member of staff who has greeted us on 2 occassion was exemplary and he clearly had some customer service skills - unlike the one that returned my car.

Dropping off car was excellent with driving waiting for us when we reached the airport. Collecting car was not so efficent this time as we were not sure where to go - we come out of the arrival area and were expected to go to where we dropped the car off at departures??? Why not at arrivals as last time? More clarity needed.
