Booking changed and confirmation received but not passed on to the driver. Apart from that perfect service - again.

Drivers were quite cordial, the service was as good, if not better than any other similar service I've received.

No problems met on time both ways thanks.

The system worked perfectly and both on departure and arrival I was met promptly and by very polite personnel. I would give 5 stars except that on entering my car it was obvious that a heavy smoker had been in it

We have used Park and Go many times and always been very happy with the service. I assume you use a variety of parking places, but this time the wheels and sills were a bit muddy, so it must have been parked on grass. I would be happier if hard standing were used.

Very good service - waiting for me on arrival at Manchester - I had to wait a few minutes on the return leg due to the fact you have to call after receiving your bags and there is hardly any waiting area at terminal 3 - but very prompt, efficient and good value.

Fantastic service, however it was not clear where to collect the vehicle from upon my return!

Great service, only minor issue was our car had been valeted the day before we went on holiday, but when it was brought to meet us it had a fair bit of bird muck on it.

Told to phone when we got out cases, but there isn't any signal inside the terminal.

Everything went fine except when we got to the airport we were waiting 10 minutes and had to ring again to say we were here and the guy was just waiting a short way away and had missed us driving in. Why he didnt walk up and down and check the cars that were there waiting I dont know we were in full view. Coming back was very good hardly any wait at all.
