VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Could not ask for better service but must remember to always meet them on return at the departure doors.

The airport meet was fine as usual. The car delivery on return was a bit slow. Didn't time it exactly but was 20-30 minutes after our phone call. Usually about 10 mins.

Drop off & Pick-up was excellent. Car was dirty on collection on outside and particularly on drivers side floor mats Evidently this was due to works at parking site.

Great service. Very efficient. However, not given a rating of '5' as I had stated a return date of 3rd January which was the date of the flight but of course flying from the USA meant we actually landed on 4th! Yes, my mistake but didn't take kindly to the driver greeting us with "you owe us £10" rather than "Happy New Year!". Us Brits could learn a lot from the Americans whom I'm sure would have let it slide! Oh well expensive lesson learnt on return from a fantastic holiday!

Excellent service, but NOT cheap! However, it looks like ALL the parking at Manchester has shot up in price, and this was the least expensive. There was a problem when we got back, the airport was SWARMING with hundreds of people, BUT the meet and greet service were VERY flexible, and changed the meet point to help us. Thanks

Have used this company several times and always good on departure and arrival. Due to very late return flight time ie 0130am some little delay in car return this time. Never sure where cars are held and mine had done 22 miles since I left it but I would recommend this company despite this.

Excellent service with regard both our departure & return from holiday, car was ready & waiting for us, no wait or delay. Unfortunately, one criticism is that on our return to collect our car, the main part of the body work was covered in mud. I appreciate that a vehicle left parked for 2 weeks will naturally become dirty, yet it seemed that the car had been parked in a field or very muddy area at best, not what we hoped for or had experienced previously.

All went well although we did have to look around for your driver at the drop-off point. There were a lot of people and cars going in and out of the bays - might have been more helpful if he had worn a more distinctive top or uniform. On return, we were handed keys without all the attachments which gave impression it was not our key. When I chased after him he pointed out that they had been removed and left in the car, being standard practice. Should be explained for first time customers.

Drop off and pick all went smoothly, only issue was the over carpets in the car were clean when the car was dropped off, but when it was picked up all the carpets were dirty, like the car had had other passengers in.
