VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Used a few times now and always been good, this time was very good.

I have used the service for at least 15 years and this was my worst experience, Its not actually meet and great as you have to exit terminal and walk to the car park, rather than take the lift where they bring the car. Also the person meeting walked off and left me to struggle with suitcases he did offer to lift the case into the boot after he watched me struggle, the interior carpet of my car was covered in mud. Drop off was excellent pick up was less than excellent, I felt hurried to get to the car even though I was struggling with baggage so the driver could leave.

Have used this service for a few years now and have never had any problem, dropping and collecting car is a very simple process !! Although the last couple of times my car been returned with muddy foot prints on mats & tyres show its been driven somewhere muddy .

VIP Meet and Greet were awaiting my arrival at drop off on day of departure which was great. However, my phone call advising return in arrival area took them by surprise. The operative stating he had been let down by the day staff who had not passed on my details. (This was despite the outward operative detailing on the return form that I was hand luggage only so would be quick through customs). This resulted in a twenty minutes wait at 03:00 in the morning. Used this company many times without such a delay so will put this down to experience. Probably won’t prevent me using again.

Excellent and timely service for drop off and collection. No signs of damage any where on the car plus only 10 miles recorded as interim travel. If I can get the same deal will be booking through PARK & GO again. Many thanks.

Spot on time. A bit of confusion about exit payment.

Good value, waiting for us on arrival, pleasant, easy process. Gave 4 rather than 5 only because there were no instructions on printout of where to meet on our return. Ended up going to the wrong location but when phoned driver he gave clear directions to a tired, stressed traveller! Please add details of where to meet for those of us who forget to ask. Otherwise recommended and would use again.

Overall good experience particularly with the timing that was perfect both ways but the car could have been maintained better, was a bit scruffy and the front driver seat was stuck for some reason , not able to move forward. Need to have that checked.
