VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Prompt service as usual on drop off. Car was returned albeit we had to wait over 15 minutes and had to walk quite a bit to bus stop E at terminal 2 to pick car up. If you have to walk much further it would be easier to park in the long term.

The meet and greet was very efficient. No waiting, but I have to say the car was very dirty, only having been cleaned the day before drop off,and the seating configuration altered.

4.5 really. Would have been 5 but footwell a little bit muddy and seats had position moved. Other than that a brilliant service.

Travelled to and from terminal 1 of Manchester airport. Was met on time on each occasion with no problems. Noticed mileage each way between drop off and parking was 5 miles.

Always works for us out of Manchester. On this occasion we had a little wait on our return. Have used the service about 9 times now.

Good service. Car returned with only a few miles on the clock. Just a little confusion on our return understanding where to meet driver due to poor mobile signal and me being unfamilier with layout of Manchester airport. Required a couple of calls and therefore took longer to meet up than it should.

Great service. They picked my car up from the drop-off zone in departures and returned my car to the same place on my return. Professional and hassle free. The car was waiting for me on my return (having phoned them after passport control). Only reason I haven't put rating 5 is because I waited around 10-15 minutes for them to arrive to pick up my car (despite phoning them prior to my arrival). It wasn't a problem though and I would definitely use this service again.

Excellent service. Only had to wait about 3 minutes for the driver to collect our car at Manchester Airport, very efficient guy with all the correct paperwork. Verified our date and time of arrival. When we got back we telephoned as soon as we collected the luggage, made our way to departures as instructed and our car arrived at the same time as us. Will use this firm again.
