good prompt service for drop off. driver there when promised. Slight delay of 10 minutes or so for pick up but will definitely use again. Been the best of all the other meet and greet services we have used over the last few years.

No hanging around this time

Its the first time I have used it and I found it poorly signposted to get to meeting point and poorly signposted getting back. Other than that good ....Just need some signs for newbies.

We have used VIP many times before and they have always been very punctual, but this time we had to wait over 30 minutes on our arrival back at Manchester. My main concern is that every time we use them, they disconnect the Dash-cam, despite me requesting them not to.

Would have given a 5 , but had to wait on return. Probably very busy at that time.

A wait going due to traffic, otherwise okay.

I have used VIP many times and always been very pleased by their service and the friendliness of the drivers. All very prompt on arrival, on our return had to wait 15 minutes, which is very rare, for our car due to heavy demand.

Good service, didn't have to wait for long for collection and drop off. I would use again.

All worked well in spite of the expansion work taking place at Manchester airport. The only problem relates to where the car was parked as there was a lot of tree debris which I had to vac out when I got home.

Very good service as always.
