A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

Good service. Turned up and A4 Meet & Greet were there to take the car. Delivered the car back within 10 minutes of calling even though our plane was delayed one hour and didn’t arrive till after midnight. Would have given a five stars and the reason I didn’t was after a couple of days of holiday I realised we hadn’t exchanged any paperwork or an assessment of the car. Was thinking could’ve been just anyone who’s taken the car, thankfully it was all okay and the car was perfectly fine. Perhaps some ID and receipt in future.

Punctual meet on arrival and return. Only slight reservation on where car was parked as rather mud splashed and leaves, but would use again.

A4 Meet & Greet booked through Park and Go were very good, even though I made a mistake on my booking they were very good, accommodated to my mistake. Really good, will definitely book again.

On return we were a family with 3 cars which we had all left with you but it seemed like it was a one man operation as the 1st car came quite quickly but the 2nd car was about 15 minutes driven by the same man who once he had handed over the keys ran off to get the 3rd car which then took another 15 minutes to arrive. So having to hang around for 30 minutes at midnight when you want to get on the road to get home isn’t ideal.Also we rang ahead to say we were close the person on the phone had no idea where the Fox and Goose pub was on the main road to the Airport. If you’re only leaving one car it’s fine but if you’re leaving multiple cars it’s not an ideal situation.

Smooth service. The collection driver was waiting when we arrived at the drop off zone and when we returned the car was delivered promptly after we called, having collected our luggage. Only negative is that you are given no receipt when you drop off the car and you are asked for no form of identity when you pick it up. You literally get out of your car and give the driver your key. When you return you simply flag the driver down, he gets out of the car and gives you the key, no questions asked. That's a bit worrying as you have no proof you have given them your car. Having said that, we would still probably use the service again....and keep our fingers crossed that it runs as smoothly as it did this time...and it's much much cheaper than the official Meet & Greet offered by Bristol Airport.

Great service going out. Quick, polite and professional. Slower when returned, left stood for 15 minutes in cold and rain with a small child. But driver did keep us updated when car was coming.

Never used A4 Meet and Greet before and was a bit sceptical. However, following a recommendation from my daughter who used A4 a month earlier I decided to give them a go. Just followed the instructions and was met within minutes on arrival and the same on the return journey. Will definitely use them again.

Very good easy to use service. I will keep using it and have recommended it to family who have booked it. The only reason it is a 4 star not 5 is the drivers car mat comes back with mud on.
