A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

Never used A4 Meet and Greet before and was a bit sceptical. However, following a recommendation from my daughter who used A4 a month earlier I decided to give them a go. Just followed the instructions and was met within minutes on arrival and the same on the return journey. Will definitely use them again.

Very good easy to use service. I will keep using it and have recommended it to family who have booked it. The only reason it is a 4 star not 5 is the drivers car mat comes back with mud on.

We always use you! Not quite as good as usual on arrival to the airport. Could only get the phone answered by answer phone, left message. No one there when we arrived. Rang again and you didn't seem to have had the message. We had to leave the car park paying £6 and wait for about 15 minutes. The pickup driver then appeared. On return though the driver was there within minutes. However, our excellent 5* experiences far outweigh this slightly negative one and we'll definitely use you again.

Another good experience using A4 Meet and Greet, Bristol. Didn't have to wait too long in the drop and go area on departure or return. No waiting around to catch a bus to the car park, definitely recommended.

Really good service as always. There is always a worry about security and the people taking your vehicle and returning could be a bit more ‘official’ ! Ask for id show id etc but always polite etc

Very well run operation except for the 20 minute thing. How does one know when you’re 20 minutes away? No I have no idea neither do they! Apart from that all went very smoothly and would recommend the service offered.

Very happy with the service received, one complaint, and I’ve noticed this on the last 2 occasions, my car come back really dirty, covered in like a sand coloured dust (mud), noticed it more the last time as I’d just had it valeted. So not sure where it is parked.

Not what it used to be when your drivers were attentive, helped with bags, etc. Services much appreciated by older, long standing customers. But still most convenient so will continue to use as have done for many years.

Fantastic service, easy and perfectly timed. However, it’s never nice to have you car insulted on your return.
