Reviewed on 23rd October 2023Used the A4 meet and greet twice now and found it quite easy. They really want you to phone them *no more* than 20 minutes before drop off which is not what the instructions say. Pickup has been okay, quite quick the first time but over 10 minutes the second time, luckily not too cold or wet. Their price is much better than the official airport meet and greet but you do need to factor in the airports exorbitant £5 charge on drop off and pickup. The bad points are: - very difficult to hear what they say over the contact mobile number, particularly when driving to the drop off. - on each occasion they left muddy footprints in the front and back, such that a thorough clean was needed. Paper mat protectors would be a good idea for them to use.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2023Overall very good service from the team. An improvement could be that the team are more easily identified with so many people around it was difficult to know who was who. Maybe clear sign or specific uniform would improve this.

Reviewed on 23rd September 2023Car collected and returned as requested, however on my return when the car was dropped off I had muddy foot prints on one of the rear mats and both front passenger mat and drivers mat. These weren’t there when I dropped the car off.

Our wing mirror had obviously been knocked and was loose when we collected the car at the end of our holiday - it was broken, just needed clicking back into place but would have been nice if this had been sorted before we met the driver.
