Reviewed on 4th May 2015Quite disorganised on arrival. Arrived back and tried to ring mobile and land line numbers with answer phone replies only. Although, they did respond about 10 minutes later. The minibus was full with inadequate space for luggage. The area where the cars were kept was unlit and didn't appear secure at all. We found it difficult loading the car in a very dark area. I'm glad that I wasn't a solo traveller or I would have been fearful in that area alone because we landed late at night. I will not use again and I would advise others from doing so.

Reviewed on 5th May 2014We did as we had been asked and rang 10 minutes before we arrived no answer, kept ringing no answer. We were a little concerned as we arrived no one was there we kept ringing no answer. Another couple arrived they too could not get answer either. Another lady arrived she too could not get an answer. We were all starting to panic we had been there for around 30 minutes now no one was around we were concerned about missing our flight we were about to drive to the airport and pay again, when a man parked in an opposite car park we asked him if he knew anything about Oakwood parking, we explained we could not get anyone to answer us he said he would try him no answer he then said if he has left the keys in the bus I can run you up there. He went to the bus there were keys in so he then took us to the airport not sure if he had any connections to Oakwood we were very concerned about leaving the car but by now didn't have much choice very unsatisfactory service. Return fortunately was okay.

I have recently been to Oakwood Parking at Bristol and was appalled by the service. From the website it was implied that there was shuttle service from the car park to the airport... they in fact used our own cars as the shuttle. We were a party of 15 in 3 cars, as each of the cars were full it meant that one passenger out of each had to wait and be collected once the others had been dropped off. For these they used our cars again to shuttle them there. On return they did not have enough staff working, which resulted in them picking up the 3 drivers to collect our cars then we had to go pick the rest of the party up. This resulted in us paying again to get into the parking at the airport which is unacceptable considering we had paid them for this. I take it that the cost also includes fuel where in fact they used ours so once again we were out of pocket.
