Arrived & oakwood early in the morning 26 May service could not have been better from the staff Phoned to say that we had arrived even loaded the suitcases then off to airport she told where we should go to be picked up when we arrived back,On arriving back 06 June, phoned Oakwood to say that we needed to be picked up, different female driver from drop off,went along back lanes somewhere (i assumed short cut to Oakwood parking) Stopped near car so unloaded suitcases which was backed onto hedge in a lane & she had gone i had no idea where i was so phoned her & told turn left,Phoned again & after aggressive words from her, male person came on phone told they would come back for us to show us the road to Bristol female very aggressive again followed her along country lane to junction of A38 back to Bristol & home.Complained to Park & Go told that someone would phone on Monday from Oakwood parking but nothing.Car was not in secure car park as described on Oakwood website,I would never use Oakwood Parking in future.

Very efficient drop off and collection. However on arrival back at the car park my vehicle and another were tightly parked behind another vehicle which wasn't due for collection till an hour later. Pointed this out to the driver who seemingly ignored us. Eventually after a 15 minute wait another driver came out and moved the vehicle. Why was this vehicle parked in front of our two when the tickets clearly stated the pick up time. I wont be using this particular car park again.

Returned at around 1.30 in the morning to pick up our car. It was parked in a muddy dark field not where we left it and we had to find our way in pitch dark back to a38. Not impressed and will not be using again.

I would never use this service ever again, when I did find the place, it put me in mind of some cheap B+B then I had to phone someone up to let them know I was therefore waiting, who then turn up in a dirt white mini bus, the bloke counld'nt take my car keys off me quick enough, kept saying "give me car keys, you give me car keys" to come back after my time away, to find my car just parked in some big field which just had a lock gate. I couldn't see any CCTV. Some other lady was saying her car had been moved! And she couldn't find her car, my car was blocked in and the car what was in front of my car was touching my bumper. This place is just cheap and tacky.

Quite disorganised on arrival. Arrived back and tried to ring mobile and land line numbers with answer phone replies only. Although, they did respond about 10 minutes later. The minibus was full with inadequate space for luggage. The area where the cars were kept was unlit and didn't appear secure at all. We found it difficult loading the car in a very dark area. I'm glad that I wasn't a solo traveller or I would have been fearful in that area alone because we landed late at night. I will not use again and I would advise others from doing so.

We did as we had been asked and rang 10 minutes before we arrived no answer, kept ringing no answer. We were a little concerned as we arrived no one was there we kept ringing no answer. Another couple arrived they too could not get answer either. Another lady arrived she too could not get an answer. We were all starting to panic we had been there for around 30 minutes now no one was around we were concerned about missing our flight we were about to drive to the airport and pay again, when a man parked in an opposite car park we asked him if he knew anything about Oakwood parking, we explained we could not get anyone to answer us he said he would try him no answer he then said if he has left the keys in the bus I can run you up there. He went to the bus there were keys in so he then took us to the airport not sure if he had any connections to Oakwood we were very concerned about leaving the car but by now didn't have much choice very unsatisfactory service. Return fortunately was okay.

Good service to and from the airport. Good value. Minor detail - The transfer vehicle probably needs a little tidy.

I have recently been to Oakwood Parking at Bristol and was appalled by the service. From the website it was implied that there was shuttle service from the car park to the airport... they in fact used our own cars as the shuttle. We were a party of 15 in 3 cars, as each of the cars were full it meant that one passenger out of each had to wait and be collected once the others had been dropped off. For these they used our cars again to shuttle them there. On return they did not have enough staff working, which resulted in them picking up the 3 drivers to collect our cars then we had to go pick the rest of the party up. This resulted in us paying again to get into the parking at the airport which is unacceptable considering we had paid them for this. I take it that the cost also includes fuel where in fact they used ours so once again we were out of pocket.
