We had to wait almost an hour to be picked up. There was no system of who got on the bus. My family ended up being split up as the bus was full and I had to go back in the car to the airport to pick them up. Be careful when you phone them as you are on speaker phone and the whole bus can hear you.

Worst experiance of airport parking I have had. They said they over booked so had too many people they could handle, then to make it worse they only had one bus running. On way home we had to wait for over 1 hour to get back to car. Never book with them again.

Very poor service. When we arrived there were too many people waiting for the bus and no logical order. People booked in at later times were being taken first. Unfriendly and unhelpful driver. Return trip was equally as bad, waited 50 mins before actually getting on the bus as priority was given to those who had just arrived with children for no logical reason. Once again no apology for the wait, just told by driver they had too many people to fit on and it wasn't her fault. This company either needs to purchase a bigger minibus or take less bookings. Won't use them ever again.

This place was hard to find, directions were awful and no signs anywhere. Rang the number for help and all I got was a man saying I can't talk as I'm driving people to the airport. When we eventually found it we parked up, there was nobody there not even an office, lots of other people around confused. A man and a van turned up we had to wait another 15 mins while he took a family to the airport. Eventually we got there. Coming home was dreadful we were told as soon as our flight landed we were to ring the number for them to collect us and that someone was on their way but to then find it was utter kaos like a cattle market as there was only one van collecting at least 100 people and this poor lady that was left to deal with unhappy people was awful, we had to wait up to an hour and a half to be taken back to our car, we were there waiting before a lot of people but every time the van came people pushed in front of us and got on. We were with another family who got there the same time as we did and like them they ended up waiting with us as the woman was prioritising babies before anyone else well I'm sorry that's just unacceptable we had young children aswell. There was no order what so ever and your organisation was disgraceful and to have one van for all those people was horrendous, every other park and ride had at least 3 to 4 vans continuously. You wanted a review and you've got one and from talking to other people that were waiting there we all said we will never use your company again. Also this will be going on trip advisor as a very bad experience.

Parked the car for 7 days,when collected the state of the car was filthy. Can't understand how it could returned in such a state. Will not be using again.

Very poor customer service. Had to open minibus rear doors and load in luggage ourselves. Driver refused due to health & safety with an uncourteous attitude. No step provided to get in & out of minibus, we are pensioners. Although they had our flight number they were not there to pick us up, had to phone them. Definitely will not use Oakwood Parking again.

First impressions very good, however I had to wait over an hour for my return transfer, already feeling tired, the last thing I wanted was for the people on the phone to string together a web of lies and expect me to fool for it. After ringing several times without a response I started to get worried, however I did get through to someone, he told me that unfortunately he had seven other customers that he had to transfer, I wouldn't of minded this at all but there were more than seven seats on that mini bus, he said he would be 20 minutes maximum and would ring me when he was outside. I received no phone call for at least 30 and decided to ring him back, he answered and said that he was ''literally pulling into the car park now'' I was told to walk to the pick up point and he would be there. Upon arriving I waited a further five minutes, and decided to ring again, he told me that he had ''just left the car park now'' I was very confused as he had told me he was waiting to pick me up....? Becoming more and more frustrated I rang again and he said he would be five minutes, again this was a lie! After waiting over 1 hour and 20 minutes from my first phone call, I was finally picked up, expecting at the least an apology... However he didn't even mutter a word to me. I felt disappointed and more annoyingly lied too, this service was absolutely appaulling, I would not recommend this service to anybody.

Quick efficient. Helpful friendly driver.

Didn't listen to instructions of how to use car alarm so run car battery flat. Car interior muddy. Parking area very muddy so cases were muddy. Car wheels caked in mud. After walking to car from minibus shoes muddy. Whole area a mess and hadn't rained for a week or more so why!

All was great until I checked my mileage and found my car had been on a 4 mile trip while I was away.
