Reviewed on 24th June 2017Parked the car for 7 days,when collected the state of the car was filthy. Can't understand how it could returned in such a state. Will not be using again.

Reviewed on 10th January 2017Very poor customer service. Had to open minibus rear doors and load in luggage ourselves. Driver refused due to health & safety with an uncourteous attitude. No step provided to get in & out of minibus, we are pensioners. Although they had our flight number they were not there to pick us up, had to phone them. Definitely will not use Oakwood Parking again.

Reviewed on 19th April 2016First impressions very good, however I had to wait over an hour for my return transfer, already feeling tired, the last thing I wanted was for the people on the phone to string together a web of lies and expect me to fool for it. After ringing several times without a response I started to get worried, however I did get through to someone, he told me that unfortunately he had seven other customers that he had to transfer, I wouldn't of minded this at all but there were more than seven seats on that mini bus, he said he would be 20 minutes maximum and would ring me when he was outside. I received no phone call for at least 30 and decided to ring him back, he answered and said that he was ''literally pulling into the car park now'' I was told to walk to the pick up point and he would be there. Upon arriving I waited a further five minutes, and decided to ring again, he told me that he had ''just left the car park now'' I was very confused as he had told me he was waiting to pick me up....? Becoming more and more frustrated I rang again and he said he would be five minutes, again this was a lie! After waiting over 1 hour and 20 minutes from my first phone call, I was finally picked up, expecting at the least an apology... However he didn't even mutter a word to me. I felt disappointed and more annoyingly lied too, this service was absolutely appaulling, I would not recommend this service to anybody.

Reviewed on 17th October 2015Didn't listen to instructions of how to use car alarm so run car battery flat. Car interior muddy. Parking area very muddy so cases were muddy. Car wheels caked in mud. After walking to car from minibus shoes muddy. Whole area a mess and hadn't rained for a week or more so why!

Reviewed on 27th September 2015Arrival at the address showed a small parking area packed with cars in a higgledy-piggledy manner. After my departure my vehicle was obviously moved into a very muddy field and driven in such a way as to coat the underside with thick mud, on return my car was not immediately available, took 30 mins to sort out and arrived with muddy wet footmarks in the drivers foot well and control pedals. Not a good experience, I shall not use this company again.

Reviewed on 24th September 2015Drop off/Pick up area far too small with no office. Usually I am reluctant to give negative review but my car was in a filthy state on my return. Mud on carpets/trim. There was evidence of water on inside trim of both driver and passenger door as if car windows had been open in rain. Will not use again.

Reviewed on 19th September 2015Well the minibus and driver who took us to the airport were dirty and the vehicle was old. Picking us up on return pleasant young lady driver but tatty old minibus. Left to really struggle to get luggage on and off seats Clearly our vehicle was filthy when we picked it up. So all round not good, Sorry.

Reviewed on 4th September 2015On he return journey I was shoved into the front cab so tightly, I could not fasten my seat belt. The driver refused to remove a pedestal from under our feet, the legs were pointing upwards. This could have been fatal in the case of an accident. The driver's attitude was to treat me like a nuisance. I don't really have time to make a report to the relevant organisation. I won't use them again.
