Reviewed on 13th March 2020Oaky to the airport but on return the mini bus could not accommodate the numbers . Short delay having to wait for the bus to return. Surely you were aware of the numbers booked and should have had a bigger or second vehicle .

Reviewed on 12th March 2020When we returned the car park was closed due to wet conditions. It would be beneficial to tarmac the area as we have parked on several occasions and arrived at the airport with mud on our shoes and cases. Our driver was not very helpful, didnt open the door and didn't help putting bags in the back.

Reviewed on 11th March 2020My experience with the driver of bus to collect my car was not nice, and I felt that I was not respected as a customer. Otherwise the experience was good and I will keep dealing with Oakwood.

Reviewed on 9th February 2020The arrival area is very small and crowded making it hard to park. The transfer bus was efficient but very scruffy. The foot well was muddy when we returned and the car was pretty dirty so not sure where the offsite parking area is.

Reviewed on 5th February 2020Arrived at car park, straight on bus, 2 minutes, away to airport, no problems. Coming back, ask to phone which I did with my name. Waited about 8 minutes for bus, went to get on bus and it was a free for all, instead of asking names of who rang first, had to wait another 10 minutes in freezing cold. Spoke to driver who had no good attitude at all. Only downfall.

Reviewed on 27th January 2020Return pick up driver unfriendly and blocked my calls because he said that he is only allowed to take call from customers who are at the waiting point, which I was but didn't recognise the van. Car mats dirty on drivers side where call had been moved.

Reviewed on 23rd January 2020Surface very difficult for someone who is not mobile at 88 years old. Rain had caused it to be almost impassable on return journey. Staff not very helpful with moving bags into vehicle from car park at either end - had to do it myself both times on return journey. Car was not available on collection as blocked in by another vehicle. This caused further delay and upset. Sorry but this is inexcusable as the time and date for pick up was given.

Reviewed on 21st January 2020Every time I fly from Bristol I use Oakwood Parking. In the beginning it was the price and i wasn't bother by the tarmac parking. This time I only paid £3 less compared to the Silver Car Park and I expected an improvement, on the contrary; on my return my car was dirtier and muddier. The heating system turned on to max. (the car has climate control - you don't need to do that). I'm afraid this was the last time I will use Oakwood. I hope, though, they will look into improving the quality of their service to reflect the price increase.

Reviewed on 8th December 2019We have used Oakwood many times and it is very good service. I have only scored it a 3 on this review as the last time we used it, the rear windscreen wiper was broken off our car. As it was dark when we returned and didn't spot it was broken until we got home, we were not offered any compensation.
