Had to wait 25 minutes in pouring rain at Bristol Airport took 2 calls before they arrived.

I always use Oakwood parking when I fly from Bristol and normally they are very good and so conveniently located close to the airport. But on this occasion I did have a slight problem which I am still waiting for a reply from the car park after I sent an email 4 days ago. I arrived back at the car park from my trip in the dark and when I arrived home the next day I noticed a massive chip out of my alloy wheel which certainly wasn’t there when I left my car at Oakwood. I was travelling again a day later and again I had booked Oakwood parking. I spoke to a member of staff and raised my issue about my wheel and he advised me that there is CCTV on entry and exit of the car park so to send an email requesting the CCTV to check my wheels when I arrived and departed. I did this with all the dates and times but I am still waiting for a reply.

Convenient parking by the airport. Transfer service is quick and frequent. However I was left disappointed in the state of the car I returned to which was covered in mud and dust and the driver who moved it on the day of collection brought the dirt into the driver side of the car - there was no attempt to keep it clean by using dust covers or protection. This may put me off using this service in the future.

Car park is very close to the airport. Check in was quick and easy, Car park is a field would not fancy if raining or muddy. Bus driver on the way back from airport moody and grumpy young lad. Just pulled up didn’t speak drove like a fool.

Car was there when we got back but had been moved. Trying to find it in the wet and dark was a nightmare.

Lovley people, had to wait about 10 minutes on the way to the airport and 15 when we landed for the bus. Very easy to book and understand. Only bad thing is my car was covered in mud about up to the tire rim as-well as on the inside of the drivers side which I was about hacked off about.

The car park was fine, but there were no coved precautions. Bus was full to capacity.

When landed we called ahead to inform you we were ready, we were told you were very busy. We then had to wait for a minibus, there was over 40 people waiting for the same minibus, so in the end had to wait over 30 minutes for our turn to travel back to the car.

Good price and well organised - dropped car off and then straight to airport in minibus. On return minibus was already there so no hanging around. Car was however parked under a tree for a week, covered in bird poo and mess from the tree when picked up.

The service is quick & efficient being very close to Bristol airport. Be aware that when wet, the muddy hard standing can get you / your car messed up if not careful. The cars get moved (parked elsewhere) this can mess you matt / carpet, best to place some paper overlay.
