Car was there when we got back but had been moved. Trying to find it in the wet and dark was a nightmare.

Lovley people, had to wait about 10 minutes on the way to the airport and 15 when we landed for the bus. Very easy to book and understand. Only bad thing is my car was covered in mud about up to the tire rim as-well as on the inside of the drivers side which I was about hacked off about.

When landed we called ahead to inform you we were ready, we were told you were very busy. We then had to wait for a minibus, there was over 40 people waiting for the same minibus, so in the end had to wait over 30 minutes for our turn to travel back to the car.

Good price and well organised - dropped car off and then straight to airport in minibus. On return minibus was already there so no hanging around. Car was however parked under a tree for a week, covered in bird poo and mess from the tree when picked up.

The service is quick & efficient being very close to Bristol airport. Be aware that when wet, the muddy hard standing can get you / your car messed up if not careful. The cars get moved (parked elsewhere) this can mess you matt / carpet, best to place some paper overlay.

Oaky to the airport but on return the mini bus could not accommodate the numbers . Short delay having to wait for the bus to return. Surely you were aware of the numbers booked and should have had a bigger or second vehicle .

When we returned the car park was closed due to wet conditions. It would be beneficial to tarmac the area as we have parked on several occasions and arrived at the airport with mud on our shoes and cases. Our driver was not very helpful, didnt open the door and didn't help putting bags in the back.

My experience with the driver of bus to collect my car was not nice, and I felt that I was not respected as a customer. Otherwise the experience was good and I will keep dealing with Oakwood.

The arrival area is very small and crowded making it hard to park. The transfer bus was efficient but very scruffy. The foot well was muddy when we returned and the car was pretty dirty so not sure where the offsite parking area is.
