The drop off and pick up went smoothly and I have never left less than a 5-star review before but this time the car is so dirty I was really unhappy. There is red mud sprayed liberally from the front wheels across the front doors and even onto the back; the wheels are caked in mud as are the front wheel arches. I do not expect the guys to provide a valet service but if the cars are driven, fairly fast, through mud then they should be hosed down and returned in the state they were left in. I took photos but there is no option to upload them.

Early arrival 4am in the rain, no cover left outside until car checked in not much lighting wife left in dark carpark wih cases while i checked in.. Buses to airport need updating and cleaning out.. On return clearly very busy had to wait for another bus as more than 30 people were also waiting.. Easy collection when you eventually find your car as it could be anywhere as it gets moved, and nobody takes you to it.. Used this parking a few times but has gradually got worse totally un organised not really a good way to start or end your holiday.. Sorry for the negatives but you really need to step up and invest some money into the service you are supposed to be providing.

The car must have been parked by a puddle as there was mud splashed on the passenger side and scratches on the front valance, not happy, minibuses are a bit tired and dusty.

You get what you pay for. We've never had an issue with our car before being parked here but the staff could do with being more patient, helpful and polite as can come across as rude at times. It would be helpful if there was a dedicated pick-up place where people can queue in an orderly fashion and get on the bus only when cases have been put on. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or with golf bags.

I have used this car park for a number of years. I am happy with the car parking service, and the bus transfer. It is a bit muddy during wet weather and my suitcase has been splashed with mud when a member of staff was hosing down the area. However, it is disappointing that there are no toilet facilities. People travel long distances and need the toilet on arrival. I always ask for the toilet and I am told that it is out of order. I have been told this for the past few years. When I questioned a member of staff about the fact that it is always out of order, I was told that they don't have to provide a toilet as it's a car park. I would think that as a company, you would want to cater for the needs of your customers.

Much better value than the Silver Parking & others. Simple booking process. Outward collection / transport to airport OK. Upon return, there was no transport, my subsequent call went to answerphone, so I walked the 15 minutes back to the car park. My car was ready for collection, but had clearly been in a muddy field. For some reason, my dashcam camera had been disconnected. Overall, I would use this service again.

Booking process was easy. Dropping the car off and getting to the airport went well. On our return had to wait 20-25minutes for the mini bus to collect us due to heavy traffic. Picked up my keys quickly. But here it all goes a bit downhill. Found my car eventually in the car park, but it was covered in mud, it must have been moved and left in a very muddy field somewhere. Also for some reason my car dash-cam had been unplugged. So I was not best pleased with the state of my car on our return. When I cleaned it there was thick mud all in behind the front and rear wheel arches.

On return flight we waited a long time to be collected ., plus the car had not been moved from back of car park therefore we were blocked in by car in front and had to wait for this to be resolved , however this was resold fairly quickly . After a early start and flight this was the last thing we needed .

On return flight long wait at airport, plus car was not available to access on arrival as car in front blocked us in , however this was resolved quickly. After an early start and two hour flight this is the last thing you need.

Car drop off and collection experience ok. No too long to wait for minibus to and from terminal.Only negative is car is parked on a muddy dirty area, and not great to get to if raining. Ended up with muddy car mats and boot.
