Oakwood Parking Reviews

Never had a problem always used Oakwood, we arrived back and was picked up promptly. Got our keys and to find that we blocked in by another vehicle. The lady giving the keys was not insured to move the vehicles so had to wait for the person driving the pick up van to return! Just not what you want after a day of travelling back!

I have used Oakwood Airport Parking a couple of times now, and overall its a good, convenient service. My only gripe this time when I used them a couple of weeks ago, is when I picked up my car, it looked like it had been in some rally car race. The outside and the driver side mats and door was covered in mud. Not happy :-(

I have used Oakwood Parking many times and the service they provide is excellent, we arrived home at 3am and were picked up within 5 minutes. The minibuses are a little shabby but that does not detract from the service as you are only on the minibus for a very short period of time. The only reason i have rated it 3 * is that on our return my partners car, had a dent in the door, we had a hire car as my partner had an rtc the week before, and he will now have to pay for the damage, it appears someone had opened their car door into his. I appreciate that the vehicles are left there at the owners risk but it was a bit frustrating. This however has not put me off using Oakwood Parking.

I was disappointed when returning to my car and my car mat was completely muddy.

Drop off was excellent. The return was not so good. Two different queues at the airport plus others stood around who did not know where to go. We queued and got on the 3rd bus while others came out of airport and walked straight on. The one driver ordered us to the back of the queue even though we had been waiting in a different place before the queue had even started.

Only Criticism would be on our arrival it was raining heavy and there is No shelter for Customers to shelter from the Rain.!! Got drenched waiting 10 minutes for the next bus. Please think of putting in a wooden shelter would cost very little but go a long way to make peoples holidays get off to a nice start.!!

Dropping off was great. The guy was lovely and very helpful. When arriving back the women was kinda rude and not very helpful. Quite disappointed!

Delivery and pick up from airport fine but not to happy that my car wheels and drivers mat was covered in mud.

Coming back to Oakwood was a shambles. Only 1 van driver with lots of planes arriving at the same time. I phoned as we were in the car park & was told we had to wait as van was full. Waited another 20 minutes for the only driver. When I got my car keys I was told my car was on the right after the parked mini-buses. Walked the car park for 5 minutes to suddenly see my car on the LEFT hand side. Not a good experience after a 4+ hour flight.

Unfortunately I has to wait 40 minutes for the mini bus on my return, this has not been the case on previous visit when the wait has been about 5 minutes.
