on return after waiting 20 minutes at pick up point mini bus did not have enough seats for everyone to sit down. Had to squeeze up together sharing seats. Two buses should have been sent.

Have been using this car park for a while and always has been a very smooth top experience but this time was incredibly disorganised on return to bristol. Too many people waiting for the mini bus and not enough seats for everyone and chaos.

It was adequate, did what it said on the box. Pick-up car park it gravel, so wheeled cases not so clever and the bus is an old transit, not so good for those with any mobility issues - if you have to clamber in the back! Short hop from the terminal and cheaper than bigger car parks. Was a bit disorganised and crowded when dropping off the car, but it was basically okay.

On arrival things went quite smoothly and there were no problems at all. However the return journey was a nightmare! Took five attempts at calling for someone to answer the phone, and when they did they weren't the politest person on the planet. When the driver arrived there were just to many people waiting to be taken to their cars, it was like a mad scramble! Then not everybody could get in so were left at 01:30 standing at the airport for the driver to come back and collect them. I for one won't be using them again as they really do need more than one mini bus especially with summer season being here, and then when you return to the car park the car park is pitch black, and your car is just parked anywhere so they can't even tell you oh well it's parked in Bay 1 or 9 etc!

Drop of was very smooth and located very close to the Bristol Airport. Was slightly frustrating that on pick up there were not enough seats in the van so after a wait of approx 20 minutes we had to wait another 20 minutes for our transfer back to the car.

This was the first time I had used Oakwood. I've given it a 3 because although the car was okay and we were transported to and from the airport without undue delay, the 11 seat bus used for the transfer was overloaded on the return, such that luggage was not stowed safely and a baby seat (with baby) was not strapped in. It was unsafe and I will not be using Oakwood again.

We were met at the car park and picked up from the airport efficiently. However the Oakwood vehicle was dirty and stinking of cigarette smoke. For that reason and only that reason we will not use it again.

The last time I used this car park I scored it higher but unfortunately, on this occasion there were what appeared to be foot marks on the passenger dash and glove box area/surround above the foot well area. The service was as good as ever though, shame about the soiling.
