EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

Return pick up went well, the car was ready for us when we arrived at the specified location. On the drop off though, the Meet part of the Meet & Greet didn't happen, despite us phoning in good time (getting onto M23 from M25). We waited in cold car park for over 15 mins and had to phone again. The driver collecting our car didn't show any identification and could have been anyone until he gave us the pickup ticket.

Drop off was great, no issues. Collection was prompt, but driver stopped car in car park lane rather than park it in proper space. When I indicated that he should stop it in a space, he manged to take two spaces! Also muddy footprint on carpet, car had only recently been fully valeted. 😟

Really efficient service and didn't have to wait around for long at all. I left my wallet in the car and the guy who collected the car brought it back to me about 20 minutes later in his own car - bless him! On returning to the UK I asked if I could collect the car at the 'drop off' zone as some of my party were catching the bus back to Purple Parking and this also saved me the cost of the car park ticket. Excellent service, will definitely use you again.

Good service - followed the instructions the driver was there to take my car away just as we drove up and then on returning, the car got to the car park 2 minutes after we arrived.
