Friendly welcoming staff. Two minutes away from airport check in.

Allowed us to change our booking at no extra cost. Phoned before we arrived to drop our car off and as we were staying st the Sofitel, they changed our drop off point. Were there when we arrived. Picking the car up was also effortless they arrived within 5 minutes of our call. Would use again, thanks.

So simple and quick. When we arrived at the LGW South Terminal there was a security issue in the car park. I rang EPG and they calmly asked me to continue driving and met me about 50 metres further down the road. Pick up was a dream, they rang me!

I have used park and go for years and am always satisfied. Last time was no different. However we had booked the car in at 4.30 am but were early. we rang at about 4am and said we were 15 to 20 minutes out to be told that we would be met at 4.30 which we were. There should be flexibility as to timing as traffic can vary.
