Slightly worried when called both numbers for 10 minutes without getting through when going on the M23, but no problem with a pick up or return. Feedback would be have one central number with more lines with no answer phone message. Good service.

On arrival, the pleasure of having the car taken from you, was as easy, as the phone call to say you were arriving. Nice friendly staff. On the return just as simple as the phonecall, to say we were back. A good friendly service, a must, for the start and end of any holiday. We will be using the service again. Thank You.

Excellent and prompt service especially welcome at the end of our flight home of course. Charming young man who also helped us take out and put our cases in the car. One small point - my confirmation note said to phone on arrival in the baggage hall which I duly did. Found that the first number was unavailable and was then told to call again when I had my luggage - was told that this should have been on my notes. Will use this service again.

all was OK until we had great difficulty in trying to find the agreed meeting point to collect our car outside Gatwick North Terminal. Trying to find our way out of the terminal in mid- evening was a nightmare, but that was no fault of EPG as the driver was very patient.
