Great service, both drop off and pick up. Does what it says on the tin!

Outbound the location of the drop off at LGW was not as claer as it could have been but once there the service was excellent. On return contacting EPG was difficult. One phone directed you to the other phone which was unobtainable. Signage at LGW is not very clear but again once we found the right place the car was delivered quickly and the staff was very courteous and aplogetic about the delay. I would probably use them again, but LGW is a bit chaotic at the moment.

Very efficient and friendly service. The driver was waiting when we arrived at the airport, and waiting for us on our return. Couldn't fault it I would definitely recommend and use again.

Had to phone four times on arrival but met up O.K. I gave wrong time for return, in spite of this was met within 15 mins. would recomend this service
