Very good service,would recommend.Would like to see a car wash added for a small fee.

Excellent outward experience. Driver fetched trolley and took luggage into the terminal.Inward experience not quite so good. Car was there to meet us some 50 yards away but driver made no effort to help with our luggage and we are obviously not so mobile.

Everything was fine apart from I have changed the vehicle over the phone several weeks before we left but this had not been noted. Even when we returned they were again looking for the wrong car but no major drama as a quick explanation resolved it both going out and coming back.

I found the service extremely good, people who attended the phone were courteous and very clear with instructions. The car was taken promptly and with no hassle whatsoever. I will be using this service again and am happy to recomend to anyone.

We have used EPG on a number of occasions now and never once have we had cause for concern. Drivers have always turned up on time; alway courteous; always helpful. We have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.

Great Staff and punctual, It does say it is under roof parking? is this the case, as I choose EPG for this reason im not sure this is true as my car was as if it was parked outside for the week. Other than that good service.

After a slight hiccup on our arrival at Gatwick when we were told that Meet and Greet had not received our order which was made in the middle of August, they quickly rectified this and a very helpful driver arrived about 30 minutes later to take our car. Arriving back in UK worked very well and the driver was there very quickly. I would certainly use you again if I am flying from Gatwick airport.
