Excellent service on drop off - I was called to check my arrival time 25 minutes prior to arrival, given very clear instructions and driver was waiting when we got here. Driver also helpfully gave us directions for quickest route to our check in desk. Our experience on return was totally different. Called on collecting luggage to be told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. After 35 minutes the driver called and had been sent to the wrong terminal, finally arriving 40 minutes after I called. When I explained this to the driver he said I could not be right and told me he had only been sent out 20 minutes earlier. I offered to show him the call log on my phone. Would have been quicker to pay far less and park at long stay.

Drop off had to wait 1/2 hour for collection of car, nearly missed flight. Return very good, arrived within 10 minutes, so 3 out of 5 for late collection. Would use again though as I know there were traffic delays at airport.

Parking is convenient but having used the service a few times now, the estimate to collect and return the car are way out, even at less busy times - we always double what we are told. This time the car was returned covered in bird droppings and the drivers side floor mat, carpet, interior panels and door card covered in dried-on mud. Not great!

I use this service often and on this occasion had a longer wait than usual for my car to be returned.

Picking car up after landing back at Gatwick was not easy. I called to confirm we had arrived and the gentleman said car will be ready in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes it still was not driven over. So I called again and he said 4-5 minutes. Again waited another 10 minutes or so.

The drop off was excellent and the guy was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately upon our return the person I spoke to in the office seemed to have difficulty finding our car on the system, as if we had come back on the wrong day - we hadn't. We had to wait 30 minutes for collection, which is too long after a tiring journey.

All was fine until we got in our car on returning from our holiday. We found the car to be very dirty inside and out. When we left the car it was spotless. Not sure where it had been. usually we use Sure parking from this site but thought we would try Gatwick valet parking. would not use them again, we we go back to Sure parking.

We have used this service several times and been pleased. However this time on our return we had to wait nearly 30 mins in the car park, the driver gave us the keys, asked for no ID and just went. This is not the usual high standard we have come to expect.

We arrived earlier than our anticipated arrival time on the day of departure and understandably were required to wait until somebody became available for us to hand over the key. On return from holiday however, we arrived on time but had to wait 30 mins from the time of our phone call until our car arrived. This is much longer than we would have anticipated.

Drop off was fine. We had to wait for a 2nd car to be delivered before our keys were available.
