Reviewed on 12th July 2017Parking is convenient but having used the service a few times now, the estimate to collect and return the car are way out, even at less busy times - we always double what we are told. This time the car was returned covered in bird droppings and the drivers side floor mat, carpet, interior panels and door card covered in dried-on mud. Not great!

Reviewed on 9th June 2017Picking car up after landing back at Gatwick was not easy. I called to confirm we had arrived and the gentleman said car will be ready in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes it still was not driven over. So I called again and he said 4-5 minutes. Again waited another 10 minutes or so.

Reviewed on 23rd May 2017The drop off was excellent and the guy was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately upon our return the person I spoke to in the office seemed to have difficulty finding our car on the system, as if we had come back on the wrong day - we hadn't. We had to wait 30 minutes for collection, which is too long after a tiring journey.

Reviewed on 19th March 2017All was fine until we got in our car on returning from our holiday. We found the car to be very dirty inside and out. When we left the car it was spotless. Not sure where it had been. usually we use Sure parking from this site but thought we would try Gatwick valet parking. would not use them again, we we go back to Sure parking.

Reviewed on 17th March 2017We have used this service several times and been pleased. However this time on our return we had to wait nearly 30 mins in the car park, the driver gave us the keys, asked for no ID and just went. This is not the usual high standard we have come to expect.

Reviewed on 18th October 2016We arrived earlier than our anticipated arrival time on the day of departure and understandably were required to wait until somebody became available for us to hand over the key. On return from holiday however, we arrived on time but had to wait 30 mins from the time of our phone call until our car arrived. This is much longer than we would have anticipated.

Reviewed on 20th September 2016Brilliant drop off fella checked the car all over for marks and dents. Then when picking car up I was handed ticket and the fella was very rude and just walked away without even waiting for me to check my car was ok !!! I think he's in the wrong job or got out of bed the wrong side.

Reviewed on 3rd September 2016On Arrived they had wrong car details but sorted it in end. Checked car all over left was fine. Coming back meet north terminal I noticed lights out and at 1am really needed lights but he wasn't too bothered just gave me parking ticket and left. So was very slow drive home. Service good just wish could meet and greet outside save me £3 parking fee. But would use again if price was right .
