It took 4 calls to contact the company when we were arriving so I was worried and had to drive around until I had spoken to them. Apart from that it was a good service.

No delay in dropping off. However when i picked up, my car was there but the driver with my keys had gone to collect another. Consequently a short wait.

Rang when 15 minutes away upon arrival and the booking was not found even though we had a reference number. The person who answered sounded like he'd been woken up. However he arrived on time to collect the time and the car was waiting for us within the 5-10 minutes stated when we came back and called. Only 5 miles added to the clock which was excellent and the car was in the same condition as we left it. The £4 exit fee is steep but we were aware of this - shame on you Gatwick airport! Overall would definitely use again.

Great value and very efficient service. Only had to wait a few minutes for collection and already waiting for us on return.

It was really convenient with Park and Go. Fuss free and affordable. I would have given it a 5/5 but because I had to wait for 30 minutes for the person to collect my car. The redeeming part was during the return process. The person was already waiting for us when we reached the car park and that took less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely use park and go again. Keep it up!

Excellent service and very good price. Someone was waiting to collect the car when we arrived. The only hiccup we had was that when we came back to collect the car, it was there, but no one was with it. We had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up - he's gone to get another car. Otherwise, very pleased.

Prompt service at both drop off and collection. Only criticism is that neither representative wore anything to show who they worked for, only on asking and seeing paperwork did I know. Not so much an issue due to early flights so not so many people around but a little disconcerting.

All as you would hope & expect. Collected quickly & were waiting for us on return. Only criticism is that they drop off & collect in the short stay (orange) car park which adds another £4 to the cost & makes it a bit tricky to find them. Car only did 10 miles.

We were running late on our way out due to the traffic, but phoned them up and it was all fine. You drop the car in a certain car park and level as told when you phone 15 minutes beforehand. Pick up from the same place, we only had to wait a few minutes to collect too. We chose the option to pay the exit fee on way out, was told was £3.80 but it was in fact £4.00 and can only pay by card, not cash. This is only reason why I marked the review down as would have been very handy to know, after the flight home.

Bit disappointed with the pick up on the first week as my son had to wait along time for his car. Second week called to say 2 cars to pick up had to wait for the second car.
