Was worried the cars mileage showed 22 miles used, after phoning feel better, was told because of August the car had to be parked further away than normal parking. Outside the car was dirty and the foot wheels inside full of tree needles, had to clean when we got home.

Not the best meet and greet we have used. Car was picked up on level 1 of orange car park, and was told this is where to pick car up. Car was taken and we went on holiday. Phoned company when we were through baggage as asked and was told car would be waiting for us. Got to level one and no car. Mobile went and was told to go to level three to meet car. Did this car arrived asked why meeting point had been moved and was told that it had been moved a few days previously. Checked car over outside and was fine driver left and when I sat in car I noticed hood (soft top car) had been used but not secured down. Only niggles but won't be using again.

Parking is next to the terminal, but not directly outside, meaning you park your car yourself and then someone collects it. Disappointing after paying for parking to find I then had to pay an additional fee when returning from my holiday to exit the car park. This should be included in the price.

Absolutely fine on arrival, but had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up car. According to car on board computer the car had only been driven for 12 minutes.

Please note this is not an approved operator so collection is in the short term car park. This was not made clear to us until arrival. There was some slight confusion causing a minor delay, although the service was acceptable. This information should be available on booking.

Having used this service for the past 7 years was surprised there was no fore warning that drop off point had changed from outside departures to meeting on level 3 of a car park......we called 10 minutes before as instructed but there was no answer as we approached departures we finally got though and managed to get into the right lane for the car park, we then unfortunately had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be met. On return the lift to the car park level took forever as so many people returning so even though we weren't left waiting for Park & Go we did have tired children and luggage waiting around to get into car park........sorry Park & Go but think we'll be looking around next year, we used you for your ease in the past and paid extra for the collection/drop ease but this experience was longer than paying less and getting a shuttle bus to terminal.

Had great service last year so used company again this year. Not such good service this year. Had to wait at local garage on way to airport as short staffed and nobody to meet us at appointed time. Drop off in car park due to costs now involved . Collection ok on way back but have to say preferred set up that was used last summer to this year.

The service was fine with no hiccups (just a short wait when we got there as they weren't on time), but we had to go into a car park for the handover, which I thought was added time and seemed a strange way of doing it.

Had to wait 30 minutes at the terminal before someone came to pick up our car. We kept calling them and they said they would be 5 minutes, but they said they "got caught in traffic" (pickup was at 12.30 - lunchtime rush?) Coming back was good though, guess it depends on the time of day / traffic.

I dropped a clean car - inside and out and when I collected the car it had mud stains inside and out. Not happy at all with the state I received it. Meet and greet was fine, however the state of my car was poor to say the least. If you pay £50 you at least expect a clean car back.
