Reviewed on 9th September 2015Although the plane was on time it still took 40 minutes and 2 phone calls for the car to arrive. Then I had to pay £3.50 to get the car out of the car park which I do not recall in advert.

Reviewed on 4th September 2015When dropping off the car it took the guy a while to find us because I had changed the car details but his sheet had the old car details on. Upon return to gatwick I called when we had our luggage, it took about half an hour for the car to arrive at the car park which was longer than expected. Overall not a bad service for the price.

Reviewed on 5th July 2015I was quite impressed with this service but there are a couple of things I would like to point out. I found it a bit confusing when I arrived at the short stay car park as instructed, I was told over the phone someone would be there to meet me, well it took a while for me to notice there was someone there. Also when my car was returned it was covered in sticky stuff like sap, so I think it must have been parked the whole week under some trees. I didn't notice it until the following day as it was dark when I collected the car. Apart from these points I was happy with the service, could have been improved if the car had been washed for me for my return.

Reviewed on 5th July 2015I have used Gatwick Valet Parking many times. On this occasion, the man arrived at the same times as us on the outward journey. On the return however it was 30 minutes from when we phoned with our bags before the driver showed up. I think he had been to the wrong terminal.

Reviewed on 17th June 2015Unfortunately my car was damaged whilst in the care of this company, so cannot give them a higher rating. Still awaiting a response to my complaint and therefore a resolution.

Reviewed on 30th December 2014Big delay collecting the car so nearly missed my check in. As usual the chap says they're on their way - just a few mins - which then turns out to be a half hour. Having said that i think that's inevitable with valet parking. Sometimes great and sometimes not so great! The driver was great. Collection of car was fine although very confusing in Gatwick and miles from the arrivals gate!

Reviewed on 17th November 2014We were very impressed with the service right up until we collected our car and were given the ticket to exit the car park, paperwork stated a £3 exit fee, no idea where our car had been because we waited 15 minutes for it, but the exit ticket said it had been in the car park for over half an hour and we had to pay £6.00 to exit, not impressed.

Reviewed on 23rd September 2014The company representative looked as though he had just got out of bed. No ID to show he was from the company. On the return we were told to wait on the ground floor of the orange car park when in fact the car was on the second floor which wasted 20 minutes before we were repatriated with our car.

Reviewed on 1st September 2014Pick up was prompt. But the return of the car was slow, over 20 minutes and we had to pay the £3 charge to leave the car park which was not made clear when we booked.
