On arrival at the airport we had to wait 25 minutes for them to arrive to take the car from us. They were also late on our return!

All ok really just car park where meeting and handing car over was busy and makes it more difficult to meet the person, also not as quick as some others.

Pick up from the airport was good and the driver was efficient. On arrival back delivery again was efficient, but the driver checked nothing to see if I was the owner of the car he gave me the ticket to pay the £3.50 and disappeared by the time I got back to the car, gave me no paperwork like I received on arrival.

A bit disappointing this time. Firstly, the instructions from Park and Go said go to Car Park 6, and it was closed. Then on our return after an overnight flight we had to wait 20 minutes in car park 5, only to have to go to the pay kiosk to buy a ticket for £3.50 to get out. Next time we will choose a parking company which uses the external drop off areas.

As required tried to contact parking company when 15 min's from airport, there was no contact. This was very worrying. This should not happen. There should always be someone to answer the phone. Only phoning our son at home did we get the company to respond , when parked 1 mile from terminal.

The car park itself is incredibly tight for parking with small spaces and as there is no allocated space to meet your Meet and Greet rep it is all a bit stressful. The actual pick up and drop off worked well but if I had a choice I would be picked up on the forecourt. Price was reasonable and the pick up people polite and prompt.

On arrival things went fairly smoothly, although my car was not brought to me which it has been in the past. On my return which was later than expected, I was told that there would be a 20 minute delay, this turned out to be 30 mins, I was waiting at the lifts on level 1 for my car to be delivered, then a guy arrived showing me that my car was already parked and the exit ticket is now £3.50 which I did not know or have. He very kindly paid the extra 50p so I could leave.

The parking drop off was disappointing. I was told that I would be met by a driver within ten minutes, but I actually had to wait for half an hour. The pick up was marginally better, with the driver only being five minutes later than I was told he would be. To be honest, I wouldn't really the wait so much if they were just more honest (or accurate) about how long it would be. Overall, though, the car was taken, stored (apparently on a muddy field judging by the mud on the sides of the tyres) and returned without damage, so they did do what they said they'd do. They just took longer to do it than advertised.

Great experience on arrival friendly and professional man came to pick my car up. On returning to the UK I had a little trouble getting hold of the company (directed to answer phone 3 times) and it took more than half an hour after my call for my car to be returned. So perhaps I'll use the long stay car park next time as it would be quicker. And cheaper.

Met us on arrival. Helpful and pleasant guy. But charged me extra due to my flight being delayed for 22 hours. Bit unfair as it was unavoidable.
