Reviewed on 29th October 2017Read the small print. You must phone 15 minutes before you arrive - which I didn't. However the email states Car Park 5 and on arrival I went to CP5 and as there were other companies operating out of that car park they could not help us, hence the phone call. I was told to go to Car Park 6 which was not a problem. On arrival to CP6 Level 1, again there was another company operating and they were the rudest people I have ever met and I made up my mind that I would not use the company again, but my faith was restored when the rep turned up. Photos taken of the car, receipt and car park ticket handed over and off we went. On the return, I called and was told where to go to collect the car. About 10 minutes later the driver arrived and I was good to go. The only thing I would suggest (1) is to make it clear on the email confirmation about Car Park 5 & 6 (2) Reps should wear either a hi-go or badge with company name to distinguish from other operators and (3) opportunity to check for damage if any - hence photos taken of vehicle. I would use this service again.

Reviewed on 26th October 2017on the outbound at gatwick the guy was 15 minutes late before turning up was starting to panic .inbound at gatwick the car was waiting and the guy was so helpful, not the same as the first one.

Reviewed on 11th October 2017I love the convenience of chauffeur parking. It works for me. Both drivers for collection and pick up were nice, courteous and professional. Only slight niggle is attention to detail on instructions - says ring x mins before then says something different later, says different destinations to instruction by phone and exit fee differs. As I say, minor details to otherwise fab service that is use again. Thank you.

Reviewed on 1st October 2017We have used Park and Go at Gatwick and Bristol airports for quite a few years. Sadly when we picked up the car this time from Gatwick it was very dirty outside and we were not made aware that the car park payment machines had changed to CARDS ONLY which caused a problem on our return.

Reviewed on 25th September 2017On our return we were unable to speak to anyone at your reception office when we had recovered our luggage but left a message on your answerphone. We then waited at least half an hour before our car was returned. This was disappointing but possibly due to heavy traffic in and around the airport.
