Good as always...waited a little on drop off ...

Great service. Very short wait after arriving through customs. Will definitely use again.

No issues with the service but would like to have seen the person collecting my car to have some ID. Other than that will definitely use again.

The car was returned very quickly when we arrived back at Gatwick.

All was fine but when we arrived to collect vehicle it was in the car park unattended and we had to wait for ten minutes until a driver arrived with my colleagues vehicle. The charge on the ticket was £4. I Know this is Gatwick charge but, Yet, when we arrived the vehicles were collected in drop off zone resulting the company not having to pay anything for the parking. Why therefore were we not met at the drop of point for collecing so we had no charges? Just seemed a bit one sided that one.

Efficient service and easy to follow instructions and directions.

Took a while for the car to be picked up on arrival even though we phoned up in advance. Very impressed on delivery once we returned to Gatwick. Was in the car park waiting for us.

The car was collected and delivered very promptly. There are two reasons however I did not award 5 stars. At drop off the driver had no ID or uniform and I found it a little disconcerting handing over the keys on this basis, although he did have some paperwork. Also upon my return I found the dashcam had been disconnected and I would rather people did not tamper with equipment they know little about. Claiming it is to save the battery does not wash, it suggests there is something to hide.

Slight delay in meeting us means marked down but otherwise all fine and prompt return of vehicle.

Very quick to meet at drop off and pick up. My only BIG issue was that the agent needed to be taken to the North Terminal at pick up and asked me to do it. I didn't feel comfortable.
