Reviewed on 20th October 2009Although a little disappointed that we had to wait half an hour or so for the car to be delivered back to us the process on the whole was quick and easy and the driver very curtious. We would probably use this company again and hope it was just a bad traffic day that caused the delay.

I didn't get my phone call to check I was running on time, so I was a bit worried, but when I arrived and rung as I pulled in, the driver was already there. It was great coming back as well, I called when picking up my luggage and the driver was sent straight away. Would definitely use again.

Reviewed on 17th October 2009Arrived at Heathrow terminal 5 & the staff were there to greet us,very helpful & well mannered. On arrival I suspected a small glitch when the operative questioned my day of arrival, however, after a little delay the car arrived as promised with no problems. I was overall impressed, but thought that communication between myself, on a mobile, & the office could be improved as I did have problems understanding him & did ask him to repeat himself on numerous occasions.

Reviewed on 17th October 2009All staff very helpful when having to change registration numbers and polite when calling them etc. But had to wait 10 minutes longer than stated times when arriving and departing.

Reviewed on 14th October 2009No problems, although we got to the meeting point before the meet/greet staff both on the way out and the way back. On the way back, it took a few minutes to get through as the phone number was engaged. Otherwise all very smooth.

Reviewed on 13th October 2009It was very hard to understand the instructions given on the telephone prior to arrival due to the persons accent not clear english. Parking and collection was fine.

Reviewed on 4th October 2009Very efficient going out. Flight delayed coming back and had to wait 10 to 15 mins for car delivery but good value overall when compared to others.
