Reviewed on 9th September 2009There was some confusion as to whether my mobile phone number had been submitted as part of the booking to ensure someone was at Heathrow T3 to collect my car on time, but it was quickly resolved. A good service overall.

Reviewed on 6th September 2009The staff was very friendly and was waiting for me when I arived, the driver was quick is completing the paerwork and wished me a pleasent trip. When I returned I called the company and I was only waiting a few minutes. Great service.

Reviewed on 28th August 2009The phone directions for arriving at Heathrow Terminal 1 were not clear enough. I was told to look for the lower part of arrivals. It would have been better to say, “Look out for the sign for valet parking that is at the start of the arrivals”. It may be obvious to their organisation that it must be the valet parking but it is not too obvious to anyone who has not been there before. When I returned I was told to go to the top level; however the car was on the slightly lower level.

Reviewed on 27th August 2009I thought the whole experience was pretty good. I booked 24 hours before departure - which might excuse why no-one contacted me. I had to ring to 0800 number (no doubt a money making scam!) to find out where to park. However, someone was there to meet and greet. On returning, I rang the number once I'd collected my luggage and the car was there about 10 - 15 minutes later. Good value and on the whole, very pleasing service.

Reviewed on 12th August 2009The outbound journey was extremely efficent and staff member waiting for our arrival at T5. Inbound journey needs improving as staff informed us that our car would be back within 10 minutes and actually had to wait over 25 minutes which slightly spoiled the brillant service on the outbound journey.
