Reviewed on 1st March 2018Prompt and efficient service at a good price. Car looked a bit of a mess being left out in the open. Might be a good idea to offer a clean car on return. Some confusion on pick up at terminal 3. Was told to take the lift to level 3. At the arrival hall (which is Chaotic) the lift ONLY says to Park 3 and goes up one level. From there you have to walk up to next level and from there take the lift to level three. It would have been helpful to know this as I had to call Park And Go office and still did not get right information. Made the collection a bit stressful after a fourteen hour flight.

Reviewed on 28th February 2018Good price and good experience however would say that directions on confirmation differ to what was told on the day which can be confusing if you’re not familiar with the airport and I always have to wait around 10-15 minutes for the driver at both ends. It only takes five minutes to get from the baggage hall so they need to leave earlier to meet you.

Reviewed on 16th February 2018Better, more thoughtful service than many operators: ensured someone was waiting for me after traffic delays and also advised me to wait in the terminal when there were delays returning my car (traffic again), which was very good. Would have given a 5 rating, but car came back with a lot of mud inside drivers footwell, pedals and drivers door. Obviously parked somewhere muddy and drivers not taking care to clean feet before returning the vehicle.

Reviewed on 15th February 2018Polite staff. Car came back in one piece. Only gripe is that I had to wait about 10 minutes for car, presumably as I had no luggage and scooted through the terminal quite quickly.

Reviewed on 10th February 2018All went well from online booking in to collection. On time for collection and delivery. Only comment is that 2 phone numbers given and 1 never gets answered. Will use again.

Reviewed on 10th January 2018very good service, on time for departure and return. I am not sure where my car was kept but there was approx. an extra 45 miles instead of the expected 10 or so.
