Reviewed on 6th June 2018Arrived, phoned and made contact, whilst waiting the car appeared but was parked in a bay, by the time we got from the reception area to the car the driver had disappeared only to turn up a few minutes later - on the whole a reasonable experience and yes we will use Park and Go because we believe it was good value for money.

Reviewed on 27th March 2018There was a 10 - 15 minute delay in collecting the car even when phoning 30 minutes ahead as instructed. However, very efficient on the return leg.

Reviewed on 1st March 2018Prompt and efficient service at a good price. Car looked a bit of a mess being left out in the open. Might be a good idea to offer a clean car on return. Some confusion on pick up at terminal 3. Was told to take the lift to level 3. At the arrival hall (which is Chaotic) the lift ONLY says to Park 3 and goes up one level. From there you have to walk up to next level and from there take the lift to level three. It would have been helpful to know this as I had to call Park And Go office and still did not get right information. Made the collection a bit stressful after a fourteen hour flight.

Reviewed on 28th February 2018Good price and good experience however would say that directions on confirmation differ to what was told on the day which can be confusing if you’re not familiar with the airport and I always have to wait around 10-15 minutes for the driver at both ends. It only takes five minutes to get from the baggage hall so they need to leave earlier to meet you.
