Reviewed on 15th November 2023Very efficient. Although on returning, there was a bit of confusion as to where to meet the car as row F, where the pick up was to take place is split into two. Had to wait about 15 minutes for my car to appear although this may have been shorter if I had been in the right section of row F.

Reviewed on 11th November 2023All good apart from on both arrival and return it took some time ( approx. 10 minutes ) for the driver to answer / respond to my calls. One mobile phone number was unavailable and the other phone just rang. Eventually we got through but this was slightly worrying when we returned and couldn’t get any response and resulted in us having to wait longer for our car to be delivered when it was late at night and cold. Not ideal when travelling home with children and stood in a cold multi storey car park. Other than that all okay.

Reviewed on 6th November 2023Happy to use again. My 6th booking with this provider at LHR. Just make sure you call immediately upon landing / before you leave the aircraft so that they have enough time to get your car back to the terminal car park.

Clear instructions provided by the company, enabling smooth transition from parking in T3 and checking in of our car and then 2 weeks later collection from T5. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Terminals Parking sent someone straight away. because of heavy traffic, they even asked us to wait in the terminal and called when they were close. I will most definitely use them again. A1* service
