Very easy drop off and pick-up. Both drivers were polite and efficient. I will definitely use them again. The only problem I encountered was that my dash cam was disconnected when I picked up my car.

I spent a bit of time looking through all the different companies and chose Terminals Parking after seeing they had good reviews. They were great from start to finish, picked up the phone promptly whenever I called them and collected/dropped off my car immediately after the call. They also had someone down helping with the barriers in Heathrow when Heathrow’s ticket machine had broken. Great service, thanks again.

Seamless, cant fault the service, drop off they were expecting us and we called a couple of times after we arrived, then after baggage claim and our car was waiting for us!

I have used Terminals Parking Meet and Greet, Heathrow several times and they have always provided a very efficient service. They are there to pick up your car when you arrive and there with your car when you return or with only a short wait. Recommended.

Excellent service at a good price - were waiting for us on arrival at T5 Heathrow and we waited barely 10 minutes for car on return - would certainly recommend !

Excellent service Waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow all sorted very quickly. Our flight cancelled 24hrs on way home called when arrived no problem at all called again when we had luggage car arrived in 2 minutes of us getting to meeting car park and only charge us a reasonable amount for extra day! Friendly staff. Thanks, will definitely use again.

Person was at T5 to meet us, no issues at all. On way back I called with luggage and they took 15 minutes to arrive which was fine.
