Excellent service at a good price - were waiting for us on arrival at T5 Heathrow and we waited barely 10 minutes for car on return - would certainly recommend !

Excellent service Waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow all sorted very quickly. Our flight cancelled 24hrs on way home called when arrived no problem at all called again when we had luggage car arrived in 2 minutes of us getting to meeting car park and only charge us a reasonable amount for extra day! Friendly staff. Thanks, will definitely use again.

Person was at T5 to meet us, no issues at all. On way back I called with luggage and they took 15 minutes to arrive which was fine.

Everything went like clockwork. One point deducted as I was told on the phone I would have to wait half an hour for my car to be returned to me but it turned out to be no longer than 15 minutes.

A 5* service. I was sceptical about leaving my car and choosing service providers. I found Terminals Parking Meet and Greet through Park and Go so I went for it. Drop off was easy and on time. Pick up was also at the same place and prompt. So easy and polite drivers. Would use again without a doubt.

Outbound, when we arrived at Heathrow Terminal 5, we had to wait twenty five minutes for a driver to arrive, this is after following the instructions given, and ringing twice more. Our return journey was perfect if only outbound had been the same.

First class service, on both arrival and departure. Very competitive price.. will definitely use Terminals Parking again.
