The drivers that picked up and dropped off the car were professional and arrived quickly. I would use this service again and recommend this company.

Reviewed on 7th March 2023Had a very good arrival and departure service and the staff were polite. On leaving the car park the assistant assured me the ticked was paid for and I could exit immediately but it wasn’t so had to pay an extra charge to exit the car park

Have used terminals parking before - drop off was relatively smooth but despite calling as instructed on both landing and bag collection - had to wait for car to be delivered. Company quotes a 15 minute wait but despite being late evening and not near rush hour - wait was over 30 minutes. Disappointing.

Reviewed on 24th February 2023We regularly use meet and greet and have found Terminals Parking, Heathrow to be efficient and reliable. They will take around 20 minutes to arrive from when you exit customs. Will use again.
