Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Terminal 3 is busy and so not as easy as normal to find the collection area and person - but fortunately mobile phones made it possible. Meet & Greet were there within a few minutes of our arrival and no stress. The car was returned 25-30 minutes after phoning and the service was professional and polite. Will continue using.

I must admit that I was worried about using this type of service, but I must admit that I had no need to. Everything happened as it was stated on the advertisement, on time and courteous, I will definitely use this company again.

Followed the instructions and was able to park easy and the driver didn’t take long to get to us. On our return, we phoned them and they were there shortly. Good service, no issues.

I would have given 5* except that the meeting and greeting on outward journey could have been slicker, but car handover on return worked fine. Good value for money.

Phoned as instructed 30 mins away from airport to drop off car, but went to voicemail.No one came until I phoned again and they said they had no message. I hadn't used meet & greet before, so didn't know that the driver should have given me return collection instructions. On return to airport, no car so had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring the car round. They insisted driver would have given me return instructions, but he hadn't. First number I dialled had full mailbox. Very reasonable price, but organisation of admin a bit haphazard.

Great service both for dropping off and collection on return, used several times and never disappointed.

Quick, efficient service. Adapted quickly when we had a delay with baggage. Very happy.
